為保護國內花生產業，此點心禁止在台實體或網路販售；同時，如欲入境中國大陸，台灣人必須向中華人民共和國政府申請「臺灣居民來往大陸通行證」，一份默認台灣屬於該國領土的文件。作品呈現了身體行為的跨國痕跡，並暗示商品所體現的「政治操弄」──雙方對對方上述行為的聲稱。

A pack of “Huang Fei Hong Spicy Peanut” bought in mainland China and brought back to Taiwan by Taiwanese.
In order to protect the domestic peanut industry, the physical or online sale of this snack is prohibited in Taiwan; meanwhile, in order to enter mainland China, Taiwanese must apply for the Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Resident from the People’s Republic of China (PRC) government, a document acknowledging that Taiwan belongs to the PRC territory. The work presents the transnational trace of bodily action, alluding to the “political manipulation”—as claimed by both parties to each other’s above-mentioned actions—embodied in the product.
